We are extremely sorry but your milk was not delivered this morning.
We are beyond sad to have to advise this but it was completely out of our control. Your usual milkman informed us last Friday that he was leaving for another job and then went off sick instead of working his notice. We were already short staffed and on top of this, late yesterday the person covering your deliveries called in sick. The other staff are already working double shifts.
However, we will definitely bring your milk tomorrow instead (Thursday).
If you wish us to amend this order then please let me know.
Once again our deepest apologies. We are all working so hard to serve our customers and hate letting you down.
